Condiciones de Xeno Points

Xeno Points are usage credits within our platform. Each Xeno Point has a purchase price of USD 1. They are used to access education and simulated trading experiences, according to the conditions of each product. Buying Points does not amount to acquiring shares or depositing capital to trade in real markets.

The initial package is 200 Xeno Points for USD 200, as a one-time payment. Packages of 50, 500, 1,000 and 2,000 Xeno Points are also available, always at the same price of USD 1 per Point. The amount shown at the time of payment (processed by Stripe) is the final cost of the purchase: no additional charges apply.

Xeno Points are used to access the financial education and simulated trading experiences available in the dashboard (training, analysis, simulated trading robots and simulated Pre-IPO experiences), according to the conditions of each product. The usage conditions of each product are shown before activation.

• Xeno Points have no configured expiry date.
• Xeno Points are not transferable between accounts.
• Xeno Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points consumption depends on the conditions of each activated product.

Xeno Points cannot be exchanged for cash. A purchase refund is a process distinct from redemption: if you need to request a refund of a purchase, write to privacy@xeno.trade and we will handle your request according to the conditions applicable to the product purchased. A purchase refund, when applicable, must not be confused with converting Points into cash, which is not available.

Participation in the challenges takes place in a separate application. Accounts operate with virtual balance. Fees are real and any potential financial rewards are governed by the conditions of the program; they are not guaranteed.

Xeno and the prop trading application are two separate applications: buying Xeno Points does not include or guarantee access to the challenges or their rewards.
